Can someone be gay and Christian? How can I be supportive of my LGBT friend or family member? Does the Bible really say that homosexuality is wrong? What churches and organizations are available for me as an LGBT person? How can I help build the bridge between LGBT people and those that oppose them?
If you have these or other questions, or would like to meet some other supportive people, this one-day conference is for you! Date: April 16th, 2011 Time: 9:00 am-4:00pm Come to one session, or all sessions. Where: UAB Alumni Auditorium, Hill University Center 1400 University Blvd Birmingham AL 35233 Cost: Free to high school and college students* with Valid ID, $20 for the public (includes lunch.) *if you would like to be provided lunch, there will be an additional fee of $5.
